1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 11bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the services available at 11bdt.io and any associated mobile or application interfaces operated under the 11bdt brand.

Access to and use of the 11bdt platform is conditioned upon your full acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and 11bdt.

These Terms are written in English and are applicable to all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any other permitted jurisdiction. Where any translation of these Terms is made available for convenience, the English version shall govern in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

11bdt reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 11bdt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 11bdt or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 11bdt platform or had your account closed by 11bdt for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person.
• You are not using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to access or interact with the platform.

11bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Until such verification is satisfactorily completed, 11bdt may, at its sole discretion, restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain game features. Players found to have misrepresented their age or identity will have their account suspended immediately, any winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at 11bdt's discretion.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 11bdt platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, different devices, or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering for an 11bdt account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 11bdt will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify 11bdt's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 11bdt shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

11bdt may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any stage. This process may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by 11bdt may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or closure of the account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 11bdt account at any time by contacting the support team. 11bdt may close or suspend any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to verify identity, or at 11bdt's sole operational discretion. Upon closure, any outstanding balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

4 Deposits & Payments

11bdt accepts deposits exclusively through the approved payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Approved methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 11bdt does not accept cash deposits, wire transfers from unverified third-party accounts, or payments made on behalf of another person.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka) per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the individual payment method level and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

4.2 Processing Time

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to the player's 11bdt account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 11bdt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing infrastructure, technical outages, or network congestion.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 11bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a currency conversion is required due to a player's payment method operating in a different base currency, the conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the relevant payment provider. 11bdt does not charge a currency conversion fee on its end.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the player's 11bdt account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. 11bdt does not permit withdrawals to payment accounts that have not been used for a prior deposit unless an exception is specifically granted following KYC verification.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka) per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Processing Time

11bdt targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. This target is not guaranteed and may be affected by the volume of pending requests, payment provider availability, or additional verification requirements triggered by the size or frequency of the withdrawal. In all cases, 11bdt will endeavour to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 6 of these Terms. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to any bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements. 11bdt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds or that display unusual patterns.

5.4 Withdrawal Refusal

11bdt reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request in cases where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) the platform suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms; (c) a pending investigation is in progress; or (d) the withdrawal would bring the account balance below any outstanding bonus wagering requirement.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

11bdt may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, which terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus term and these Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game categories will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagers placed on certain games — including but not limited to live dealer games, sports betting markets with odds below a specified threshold, and certain table games — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse with other players — will result in the immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in the permanent suspension of the player's account.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and free spin awards carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered through within the applicable expiry period will be removed from the player's account without notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 11bdt platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, table games, and instant-win titles — are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, and Ezugi. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes observed by camera, and is independently audited for fairness.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game represents the theoretical long-run return across a statistically significant number of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or player. 11bdt does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so — game results are determined entirely by the software of the relevant studio.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game studio's published malfunction policy. 11bdt shall not be liable for the outcome of any game round affected by a technical fault outside its direct control. Where a malfunction voids a game, any stake placed on that round will be returned to the player's account.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on 11bdt cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time. All bets are accepted subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market terms displayed at the time of bet placement.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by the platform, not the odds displayed at the moment you begin placing the bet. 11bdt reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.

8.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not commence within the time period specified by 11bdt's rules; the bet was accepted at an erroneous price due to a manifest error; or the relevant governing body alters the official result after settlement. Void bets result in the full return of the stake to the player's account.

8.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Given the real-time nature of in-play markets, 11bdt may suspend markets at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. 11bdt cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of live betting markets and accepts no liability for market suspensions caused by data feed delays or technical issues.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11bdt platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using false, incomplete, or borrowed identity information.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, macro, artificial intelligence system, or data-scraping mechanism to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information in live dealer game sessions or coordinating bets in sports markets.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected platform error will be voided.
• Laundering money or using the platform to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Placing bets or wagers on behalf of another person, including operating a proxy betting or intermediary service.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the 11bdt platform, its games, or its proprietary software.
• Using offensive, threatening, or harassing language toward 11bdt support staff or other players in any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

11bdt is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We acknowledge that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become harmful, and we take our obligations to those players seriously. 11bdt provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic on-screen notifications after a player has been logged in continuously for a set period.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. 11bdt does not sell personal data to third parties and does not use player data for any purpose other than the operation and improvement of the platform, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

11bdt uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Financial transaction data is handled exclusively through certified payment processing partners and is not stored in raw form on 11bdt's servers.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11bdt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 11bdt platform.

11bdt's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 11bdt account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11bdt makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside 11bdt's control, including telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.

13 Amendments to These Terms

11bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change to player rights requires advance notification as determined by applicable law. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4 of these Terms. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11bdt may notify registered players of significant amendments via email to the address associated with their account. It remains the player's responsibility to ensure their registered email address is current and accessible.
